Creating images that tell a story...that's my passion.

I have degrees in Journalism and Political Science. I parlayed my education into a decade of television news where I learned to very quickly capture the essence of a story visually. That training has naturally led me to photography.

My style reflects a photojournalistic approach to covering assignments. I capture the establishing shot and then roll up my sleeves and tackle the detail shots. It's what I do best.

I specialize in travel photography. The colors, panoramas, people and culture speak to my creativity. Most of the images in the Travel Gallery were photographed during the many press trips I had the privilege to attend from all over the Caribbean, including Jamaica, USVI, BVI and both coasts of Mexico, Ireland, and within the United States.

People always intrigue me. From the tiniest to the oldest, everyone has a story. The story is told in their eyes, their emotions, their life's work, their passion. My portraits evoke a mix of street smarts and elegance.

If I were to come back in another life, I would be a singer or a musician. Music has always been a strong part of my life. So, anything musical or involving entertainment is always fun for me to interpret with my lens.
